1. Copyright Agreement

1.1 - Haro Digital Media is the exclusive copyright holder of all images and videos. Full image/video rights are not sold or granted; clients only receive licenses.

1.2 - The original agent/client who paid for the service has permission to use these images/videos on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission from Haro Digital Media. Images/videos may be used to promote that the specific property has been sold for up to seven days after the official sold date.

1.3 - Agent/client may NOT give, license or sell images/videos to anyone. This includes the property owner, other brokers/agents/realtors, builders, architects, stagers or any other vendors. Disregarding these terms will result in copyright infringement/violation ( Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. �??�?�§512(c) )

1.4 - Haro Digital Media reserves the right to re-license the photos/videos and use them to promote/market its services on any electronic or printed platform.

1.5 - Once photos/videos have been delivered, the agent/client and/or homeowner, may not make any digital alterations, edits, or "photoshop" any of the photos/videos unless to crop the images and images only. If there is an issue or concern with editing or photos please contact Haro Digital Media. Any alterations made to the photos/videos is a violation of copyright.

2. Booking

2.1 - Haro Digital Media has two time available to book per day: 10:00am and 2:00pm

2.2 - All appointments are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is best to book the appointment when a date has been confirmed by the client/sellers/buyers/etc. as booking times will not be reserved.

2.3 - Booking times are subject to change to include travel time.

2.4 - Booking times may also change depending on demand. A third time slot may be added to book more clients in a single day.

2.5 - If you need a specific time to shoot your listing, please reach out directly so that we can accommodate you as best as possible.

3. Payment

3.1 - Payment is collected upon photo delivery.

3.2 - You will receive an email confirming your content is ready for downloading. You will be prompted to pay and then redirected to your downloads page once payment has been successfully completed.

3.3 - An email containing your paid invoice will be sent your email shortly after submitting payment.

3.4 - Submitting payment indicated that you have read the Haro Digital Media Terms & Conditions and agree to oblige by said terms and conditions.


4. Travel & Square Footage Fees

4.1 - Haro Digital Media services the San Bernardino County and surrounding cities.

4.2 - Properties/projects that are less than 30 mile radius of zip code 92336 will not be subject to a travel fee.

4.3 - Properties/projects that are within a 30-50 miles radius of 92336 will be subject to a travel fee of $25.00. Properties/projects that are within a 50-70 mile radius of 92336 will be subject to a travel fee of $50.00. Any properties/projects that are further than a 70 mile radius of 92336 must be approved by Haro Digital Media and if approved, will be subject to a $50.00 travel fee and an additional fee of $0.80 per mile after the 70th mile roundtrip.

3.4 - All pricing listed on the Haro Digital Media website applies for properties less than 3,500 square feet. All properties larger than 3,500 square feet will be subject to a fee ranging from $25.00 up to $50.00 per services requested. Contact Haro Digital Media for more information.
